IAM Film Works™ is a company that creates films that specializes in telling stories that depict urban life in a complex, germane and realistic way. IAM uses film as the vehicle to discuss serious issues.

MISSION - PSS™ (Public Service Shorts™):

IAM Film Works™ created the concept of the PSS™ as a vehicle to educate the public on important issues by using strong narratives with realistic scenarios and characters.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

IAM Film Works' corporate office is located in Delaware. It is owned operated by a Black Female Filmmaker/Director Dawn Mosley-Morris Dawn who originally established IAM in Marina del Rey, California in 1998. Although IAM is largely known for their Public Short Films™ (PSS), IAM also produces documentaries, commercials and promo spots.

IAM has established themselves as a reputable, professional feature entertainment company. Over the past decade, IAM has had several productions that have been featured at film festivals. Due to the communal content of the story lines, many of the films and documentaries are now being used in areas for case managers, training sessions, panel discussions, probation/ parole, and academia.

IAM was commissioned the U.S. Department of Justice/United States Attorney's Office to create a short film that addressed gang and gun violence. The film "Choice Road" was the vanguard at Christiana Cares' grand rounds. "Choice Road" has also been featured at The Run & Shoot African American Film Festival in Martha's Vineyard.

Committed to keeping the film company in Delaware, IAM Film Works mission is to continue to produce material that will entertain, educate and ignite dialog.
